My name is Jody Pritchette. I was in a car accident in April of 2019. I was rear ended- violently rear ended and drove into another vehicle, causing me not only to have several different type of injuries, but also I was pushed into another vehicle, so I was sued by the vehicle that I hit. So it was very stressful. I hired Billy Phillippi with Gilmore law firm and he has been by me every step of the way.

We’re sitting here five years later and there’s been a lot of things happening between covid, lawyers quitting. We had one lawyer for State Farm that actually passed away during it, so it’s been a long process. But I have to say that he has walked me through, me being impatient, but he has walked me through what it will take, have what the strategy was, procedures to go by to get where we want to be at the end of the day.

And I’m happy to report that I’m sitting here today doing this video of the lawsuit that I had against State Farm. They offered me $5,000 that didn’t even cover my medical expenses.

And I’m happy to report that I got way substantially more than that with the Gilmore Law Firm. I hope that they have learned their lesson, that they won’t do other people this way, that they will pay what is fair. But I have nothing to say but excellent job by Billy. His whole legal team. Everybody has been just as great as they can be.

And I am very happy with the result. So if I had not hired them, I would hate to know where I would have ended up because you don’t understand the things that are being done behind the scene and understand what goes on during a lawsuit, especially in car accident and dealing with insurance companies, especially State Farm. You’ll get frustrated and you’ll feel like there is no progress is being made,but you just have to put your trust in them, they have your best interest in their mind.

I can tell you firsthand, I sit here today- there was many a day that had doubted it anything was ever going to happen. He kept assuring me it would and I sit here today a very happy man.
