Happy Clients Are Why We Do This Job
We’ve had the pleasure of favorably resolving some tough cases for clients recently. Fortunately, this happens a good bit here are our firm. The most gratifying part about it, however, is receiving a heartfelt “thank you” from a client who has been wronged or injured by another.
Having to file a lawsuit is tough business. I always think that the lawyer has all the hard work to do, but the truth of the matter is that it is the client with the toughest job. They are the ones who have suffered the loss, and they are the ones being put on trial (even if there is no trial but a settlement) throughout the process. The client is the one who has to answer written questions, produce documents, give a deposition, etc. Even though the client relies on me as the lawyer to prove his or her case, the real anxiety lies with the client over what the outcome will be.
That’s why a favorable resolution resulting in a happy client with a sincere expression of gratitude means so much to us here at the Gilmore Law Firm, and particularly to me personally. I cannot express in words the amount of satisfaction I receive from a client telling me “job well done.” Knowing that I can make, and have made, a difference in someone’s life is what drives me to do what I do. That, and good strong coffeee, are what get me going every morning.
As I said, we resolve cases favorably here on a regular basis, but something about the thanks I received recently drove me to write this post. We extremely grateful for all of our client who put their trust in us. We strive to reach a favorable outcome for all of them. Reaching that goal is one of the most rewarding parts of the practice of law.
